OnTrackPennsylvania Freight System Action Plan
OnTrackPennsylvania represents a shift—from discussing the need for coordinated transportation planning—to actually designing, committing to, and implementing an optimal freight transportation Action Plan. This Action Plan will be built the only way it can for a plan this important to work—by those needed to implement the plan collaborating alongside all those who are affected by it, i.e. transportation providers, shippers, developers, planners, suppliers, funders, and citizens.
The following document—the OTPa Action Plan—is made up of individual Action Steps. Each Action Step identified so far includes background and context for what will become specific goals, tasks, resource needs, and timelines. The framework for action we have provided requires your perspective and expertise to complete.
You may read and comment on any individual Action Step listed below, or download the entire document and send us your edits and contributions.
